Day 3, Part 1: I am the One-Tenth!

Lady Sisyphus embarks on a 30-day journey to no added sugar.

9am. It is day three and I am one-tenth of the way into my no-added-sugar challenge.  Speaking of mileage, I am happy that I have put in 18 miles on my feet this week. There was a time when 18 would have represented the low end of my weekly mileage but lately, I’ve been lucky to get in 7-10 miles. So 18 miles is good. Very good. Right now, I am having no cravings either. I started the day with whole grain bread, natural peanut butter and a banana. Lets see how this day pans out…
