Lady Sisyphus’ 30-day journey to no added sugar.

Day three has gone well. It hasn’t been perfect but it has been another “good enough” day.

I got in a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. The only downside was a “convenience” dinner that contained 15g of sugar, most of which was added, not natural. That might set me back but I did stay below my 6 teaspoon limit for the day.

What made today a success? Planning.  We were gone most of the day.  I knew I wouldn’t feel like prepping and cooking dinner after being out, so I went with convenience. Since convenience usually means “processed,” I made sure lunch was of a higher quality.

It was good enough.
