Day 4: Good News. Bad News.

Lady Sisyphus embarks on a 30-day journey to no added sugar.

Good news. I ate fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. I didn’t eat too many calories.

Bad news. I ate cookies. Too much added sugar.

Will the good news outweigh the bad news? Probably not.

Tomorrow is a new day.
